Our Story
A locally serving washer and dryer repair company, built by a technician who spent a decade keeping several hundred Billings laundry rooms running.
Wes Tanner grew up in Laurel and spent eleven years as a maintenance tech for apartment properties around Billings, responsible for several hundred in-unit and coin-op washers and dryers on a parts budget that never stretched far enough. That volume teaches you things a warranty tech never learns — chiefly that in this town the water is usually the culprit, and that a scaled inlet valve or solenoid gets blamed on a control board more often than it deserves.
He also heard the same complaints from every homeowner he talked to on the side: nobody called back, nobody quoted a real number, and anyone outside the city limits got told they were too far out. In 2016 that turned into a full-time company built around the opposite — same-day appointments when we can manage them, a technician who diagnoses before quoting, a flat price before any work starts, and a daily run out toward Worden, Hardin, and Broadview so the outlying calls don't slide to next week.

We inspect before we quote, and we'll tell you when a repair isn't worth it against replacing the unit.
The price we give you before the job starts is the price you pay.
Yellowstone County homeowners get the same response time as a West End address. That's the whole reason this company exists.
